Returns & Refunds

The following return policy must be followed, to receive any sort of refund to occur:

✓ Contact us within 30 days after your purchase receipt.

✓ We have to approve your return and you will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization form. You need to fill out this form and send it back to us.

✓ Return your batteries with the original invoice and RMA that you received in the package. Keep in mind that all of the RMA forms we sent expire 7 business days after receipt.

✓ Please be informed that some items may not be returnable and refundable. Restocking fee of 20% will apply for all orders that contain non-stock items or are special deals. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

✓ Once an RMA is requested, but the process is not completed reserves the rights to deem any return requests.

✓ If you did contact us within 10 days after your receipt and you did return your package during the next 15 days, we will refund your account with the amount you paid for the product. Please, note you will need to cover the shipping cost for the return.

✓ If we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong battery, we will cover the return shipping cost and we will send you the right replacement for free.

✓ If batteries are delivered damaged, you must contact us within 10 days after receipt. We will exchange them at no cost with brand new replacements. Solely send us a picture of the damaged battery and we will ship you a brand new one.

✓ We do not grant any refund if you return your package without our approval or contact us later than this 10-day period. Please do not return merchandise to our remittance address. We accept returns only when the return policy described above is followed. Some products/orders may not be returnable due to their origin, please contact Customer Service for further details.

✓ Shipping and other costs related to return of defective products to are the responsibility of the purchaser. An RMA number is required for any products returned to will pay for return shipping of replacement products to the original purchaser.

✓ Since some orders are shipped by our third-party carriers, we cannot STOP them once tracking is generated. In case of a cancellation request, a refund will be issued in full only after the order is returned to our warehouse and we will cover the return shipping cost.

✓ Usually, UPS/FedEx/DHL tracking is activated within 48 hours and USPS takes 2-4 business days.
